Something Navy blogger Arielle Noa Charnas’ irrefutably chic style has long been admired by her cult following – including us over here at Husskie HQ… which is why we weren’t in the least bit surprised to hear her capsule collection for Nordstrom had sold out of styles within mere minutes. In fact, WWD is reporting the Treasure & Bond x Something Navy collection brought in a whopping $1 million sales in less than 24 hours. Now that’s fast money.
Featuring a 30-piece line-up of ready-to-wear styles including shoes and jewellery all handily coordinated for us, the range offers everything from sweater knit mini dresses to ruffle cut tunic shirts [and despite some items no-longer being available, there’s still currently 20 pieces up for grabs at Nordstrom for those wanting in on the action].
Discussing the collection a week out from launch, Arielle told her blog readers: “I can’t believe we’ve finally reached one week away from my launch with Nordstrom. I’ve been dreaming about this day and all I can really say is that we worked hard on this collection and it was surreal seeing the pieces come to life.
“I’ve done capsule collections and collaborations before, but this is a whole other ball game. I was truly able to design and put my name on a collection and really create pieces that I knew my followers would LOVE.”
And if we weren’t already getting our tents ready to line up for the next release of her clothing line this December, we love that her collection also stands for a great cause – with 2.5% of all net sales going towards not-for-profit organisation YWCA. ??
