In 2014, the internet was blessed when Claire Rose Cliteur decided to set up her Instagram account @Claartjerose – a platform that has since gone on to attract over 358K followers. Born in Oss, The Netherlands and growing up in Amsterdam and London, the model and influencer has marked her name high on the global list of fashion bloggers to watch.

1. She’s stamped her name on the wall of fashion fame
Claire’s background is firmly cemented in the fashion game – with the Dutch influencer having studied at London College of Fashion before then graduating from Amsterdam Fashion Institute. With her style star power seeing her go on to win various fashion awards, Claire has been recognised by Grazia as Amsterdam’s ‘It Girl’ and has won the Zalando Style Icon of the Year in 2016 and the Elle Insta Style Award in 2017.

2. Her relationship is an adventure
And it started with the very first date. Not your average first date, the couple decided to go all out and meet at the airport and fly to Barcelona. “I remember I was so nervous. The guy sitting next to us on the plane must have thought ‘are they ever going to shut up?’. From the moment we saw each other, it was there. Chemistry,” Claire posts to Instagram. Since then it’s been a stream of constant adventure right up until April 9 this year when the two tied the knot.

3. She’s a magazine cover star
The last 12 months has seen Claire feature on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine twice, once in November last year and then again in June this year. The accolade brought with it support from other fellow big name fashion bloggers including the likes of Tezza, Xenia Adonts, and Caro Daur.

4. Travel, travel, travel
It’s clear from her Instagram feed that Claire has been bitten by the travel bug. She’s always inspiring her followers to escape the closed walls of home to see the world outside – with Moscow, Paris and Lapland just some of the places she’s called to us from.
