International Women’s Day – the day women all across the world have the opportunity to shout out about those who inspire us, who made us, who empower us, and who just brighten our day. A day in which we see females come together to lift one another up.
And it’s not just the community who is getting behind the day. A long supporter of women’s rights, Elizabeth Arden is using IWD to launch its MARCH ON campaign to celebrate women’s achievements, encourage women to support other women, and also to donate critical funds to UN Women to advance gender equality worldwide.
With a host of top influencers and celebrities joining in on the campaign, we thought it might be cute to talk to rising style star and girl boss Beck Wadworth about who inspires her and why, plus what the March On campaign means to her…
If you could just name one, who inspires you the most?
I have been inspired by so many amazing women through my life and my career-to-date, however, my number one inspiration is my mum. No matter what, she is a constant support in my life – pushing me to be my best self. She has taught me to always see the positives in life, to work hard, and to always think ahead.
How does the Elizabeth Arden #MarchOn campaign resonate with you?
The thing I love about the #MarchOn campaign is that it’s designed to celebrate women’s achievements and it also encourages women to support and empower other women. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the constant support I receive from numerous women in my life. They are constant reminder of how strong we can be together.
